TITLE INSURANCE
As an authorized agent for all major title insurance companies—including First American, Commonwealth, Chicago, Fidelity, CATIC, and Stewart—we offer both Lender’s and Owner’s title insurance policies.

Lender’s Policy: Required for all mortgage transactions, this policy protects the lender’s interest in the property.

Owner’s Policy: Optional but highly recommended, this one-time policy protects your equity and remains in effect for as long as you or your heirs own the home.
