Our Founder.
Scott Denelle was born in Cumberland, Rhode Island, and grew up in Narragansett with his four siblings. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1984 with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
Scott began his career in public accounting before moving into the mortgage industry, where he spent nine years at Plymouth Mortgage Company, ultimately serving as Regional Sales Manager. In 1994, drawing on his professional experience and passion for improving the homebuying process, he founded Priority Title Company in partnership with Kenyon Law. Together, these two entities bridged the gap between traditional legal services and a more consumer-focused approach to real estate transactions.

When he’s not in the office, Scott enjoys surfing, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two children.
